Pat Miletich's MMA career began in 1995. He fought Chris Brennan three times before the year 2000! He fought regularly until 2002, and came back for a fight in September 2006 against Renzo Gracie, to whom he lost.
Currently he makes his living coaching in Bettendorf, Iowa. In addition to being the head coach of the successful IFL team known as the Quad City Silverbacks, Miletich trains such fighters as Rich Franklin and Josh Neer.
