Travis Lutter is a Texan MMA fighter. His debut as a professional mixed martial artist was in 1998, and he made his debut in the UFC in 2004 at UFC 50.
Travis Lutter participated in Season 4 of Spike TV's The Ultimate Fighter and won the competition after submitting Canadian fighter Patrick Cote by armbar. He then went on to face Anderson Silva in a title fight in early 2007 at UFC 67 but lost by choke in round two.
After his fight with Rich Franklin in April 2008, Travis Lutter was released from his contract with the UFC after fulfilling two of the three fights on the agreement.
