Forrest Petz is an MMA fighter from Cleveland, Ohio, where he works for an industrial supply company. He's held titles in Cage Warriors and FightFest.
According to state of Ohio documents, in 2004 Forrest Petz was interviewed on the local Ohio television news in regards to his participation in "tough person" competition and disclosed that he had indeed been fighting for some time, and had racked up an 11-0 record in professional fights and had previously fought in thirteen toughman competitions. This was in violation of Ohio rules, which stated that "contestants shall not have any previous
professional boxing experience and shall not have over five sanctioned amateur wins in the last five years". This case involving Forrest Petz spurred a tightening of enforcement of Ohio regulations and increased the scrutiny of the Ohio Athletic Commission, which was previously referred to as the Ohio Boxing Commission.
